The Sean Muldoon Cocktail Bar Station is finished in brushed stainless steel. As an 'industrial use' product we manufacture to the highest possible standard utilising only the finest quality materials and components. Rigorous testing of prototypes has allowed Drinksology to develop an initial concept into a world beating product.

The Cocktail Bar Station has been designed to maximise the speed and quality of cocktail output while also allowing for better utilisation of bar space. The ease of use of the integrated cleaning apparatus also allows for a more hygienic working environment which benefits both staff and customers alike.

The Sean Muldoon Cocktail Bar Station is 'pre-plumbed' meaning that all 'internal' plumbing is pre-fitted and installation is quite literally 'Plug and Play'. Hot & Cold Mains required. One Waste required. Delivery is world wide.

1) Clean Storage for utensils
A perfect storage area for all cocktail utensils with integrated drainage and plumbing.

2) Ice Well
The insulated ice well has 2 removable dividers allowing for up to 3 separate compartments. The unit can be specified with an insulating metal roller shutter which has the added benefits of maintaining a lower ambient temperature within the ice well whilst also serving as an addition preparation area.

3) Drainage Area
Prolonged prototype testing has confirmed that the allocation of a sizable drainage area is of utmost importance. Integrated into the Sean Muldoon Cocktail Station is a perforated drainage tray with associated drainage and plumbing.

4) Shaker and Glass Cleaning Water Jets
The 2 robust 'push down' mechanisms activate a powerful cleaning water jet. After extensive testing we chose this mechanism due to its effective cleaning power and relative small size compared to alternate industry standard equipment.

5) Integrated Speed Rail
This retractable speed rail has the added advantage of being mildly cooled during service due to the proximity to the ice well.

6) Lockable Storage Drawer
Ideal for storing product and locking away valuable utensils at the end of service.

7) Bottle Bin Storage Area with Waste Chute
Allows for easy access to waste receptacle. Made to measure bins are available upon request.

8) Long Reach Retractable Tap/Shower Head
This unit serves as both a conventional tap which works in conjunction with the integrated sink whilst also serving as a shower head that can wash down the unit at the end of service. The Sean Muldoon Cocktail Station has been designed to be quick cleaning and utilises beveled edges and clever design to drain water from the unit surface.

9) Quick Fill Sink
The V-Shaped sink is designed to be quick filling and has an integrated overflow.

10) Liquid and Solid Waste Chute
This wide entrance waste disposal chute allows for easy disposal of Shaker and Glass Contents. The nature of the waste separation unit (point 13) allows for both liquid and solids to be disposed in the chute.

11) Hot Water Jet - Increased Ice Melting Efficiency
This clever system can be activated by a toggle switch on the tap mechanism. Once activated the nozzle sprays a wide jet of hot water that is directed into the waste separation unit. This hot water can quickly alleviate the build up of ice in the waste separation unit during a busy service.

12) Integrated Speed Rail
This inset speed rail has the advantage of reducing reach to the bar surface whilst also minimising the risk of injury to the bar staff.

13) Liquid and Waste Separation Unit with Easy Disposal Waste Drawer
The unique design of this perforated drawer allows for liquid to be separated from solid waste. The liquid drains through the perforated surface and is expelled through the drainage and plumbing. The solid waste, which may include ice, fruit and garnish implements, is captured in the perforated drawer. At the end of service, or when the waste drawer is full, the easy disposal drawer can be simply lifted out of the unit using the integrated handle and the solid waste disposed of accordingly.

This small drawer serves as an access point to the waste disposal unit u-bend whilst also supplying additional storage space.
